Abstract:
This paper examines the impact of Fintech Adoption (FT) and Digital Financial Literacy (DFL) on Financial Inclusion (FI) in Vietnam – a developing economy experiencing rapid financial digitalization alongside persistent disparities in financial access across regions and population groups. Drawing on a combined theoretical framework integrating the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Diffusion of Innovation Theory (DOI), and Financial Inclusion Theory, the study develops and tests a linear regression using primary survey data. The results will provide empirical evidence on the simultaneous role of fintech usage and digital financial literacy in expanding access to and use of formal financial services in Vietnam, with policy implications for policymakers and fintech enterprises.
