Abstract:
The investigation of business analytics within the framework of human resource management (HRM) planning processes represents a thorough examination aimed at uncovering potential avenues for research through a review of existing literature and qualitative approaches. This exploration, particularly concerning flexible work arrangements and recent technological innovations, is largely guided by the Conservation of Resources (COR) theory, which helps to assess their influence on employee performance. While fully remote work models have been a common practice in the industry, their attractiveness has significantly waned over the past year. Consequently, many organizations are now offering employees the option to choose between hybrid and remote work setups. This shift has prompted a deeper inquiry into the effects of flexible work arrangements, the integration of new technologies, and the enhancement of work performance models. The management of work responsibilities is essential for ensuring that tasks are executed effectively and efficiently within an organization. Establishing clear guidelines and expectations aids in defining roles, fostering accountability, and improving overall productivity. By developing a framework for work responsibilities, organizations can nurture a culture of responsibility and teamwork among employees, ultimately resulting in better outcomes and a more harmonious work environment. Job satisfaction is characterized as the level of contentment and fulfillment an individual experiences in their work setting. It encompasses various elements, such as the nature of the job, relationships with colleagues, compensation, and opportunities for professional growth.
