Abstract: School administrators significantly influence the teaching dynamics of araling panlipunan (ap) teachers in tabaco city division, playing key roles as motivators, evaluators, innovators, mentors, and implementers. This study used a quantitative research design to assess the relationship between teacher’s profile and administrative functions while identifying challenges and opportunities impacting teaching practices. Data were gathered from 79 respondents comprising ap teachers and school administrators. Findings revealed that while administrators generally performed effectively in their roles, gaps persisted in timely feedback systems, teacher recognition, and professional development opportunities. Teachers also faced challenges such as political interference, resource limitations, technological gaps, and legal constraints that hindered effective instruction. It has been concluded that despite these barriers, opportunities were identified through partnerships with government agencies and ngos for resource improvements, and curriculum innovation. Based on these findings, an action plan was developed to enhance teaching dynamics and professional growth. The study recommends that key strategies should include providing targeted training, improving resource allocation, strengthening community engagement, and fostering collaborative curriculum development. The study underscores the importance of sustained collaboration between administrators, teachers, and community stakeholders to support a dynamic and inclusive educational environment that promotes academic excellence and teacher development. |
