| Abstract: Amid the rapid digital transformation of the financial sector, financial technology (FinTech) has increasingly played a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency, service quality, and customer experience. In Vietnam, listed securities companies have progressively accelerated the adoption of FinTech; however, the extent of adoption remains uneven across firms and is influenced by various factors. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors affecting the level of FinTech adoption among listed securities companies in Vietnam. A quantitative research approach was employed, using survey data collected from three stakeholder groups, including managers, employees, and customers/investors, resulting in 350 valid responses. The data were analyzed using Cronbach’s Alpha reliability testing, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The findings indicate that factors associated with leadership, employees, and customers all have positive and statistically significant effects on the level of FinTech adoption. Among these factors, leadership commitment and support, employees’ readiness to adopt FinTech, and customers’ perceived security emerged as the most influential determinants within their respective stakeholder groups. The findings suggest that securities companies should strengthen leadership commitment and strategic support, invest in relevant resources, enhance employees’ digital capabilities, and improve the security and ease of use of FinTech-integrated securities services. |
