| Abstract: In the context of digital transformation and globalization, the intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minority communities is facing the risk of erosion due to the decline of traditional modes of transmission. This study focuses on developing a website to preserve and promote the values of the Khu Cù Tê Festival of the La Chí people in Xin Man, Tuyen Quang, based on the Digital Heritage framework. The research methodology combines theoretical analysis, a survey of 150 participants (students, teachers, and local residents), and product design. The findings indicate that heritage transmission still relies primarily on oral practices, while digitalization activities remain limited despite a certain level of technological access within the community. Based on these findings, the study proposes and develops a website integrating multimedia content, contributing to heritage preservation, enhancing accessibility, supporting education, and promoting cultural values. The study affirms that a website is a feasible solution for heritage preservation, while also emphasizing the need to improve digital capacity and to link preservation efforts with sustainable cultural tourism development. |
