Abstract:
Based on the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) in DKI Jakarta Regional, there are 289 tertiary institutions with various background specialties, one of them is tourism. IPT College South Jakarta is one of the collages that have specializing in the field of tourism science which is approximately 50 years old. Sustainability for 50 years cannot be separated from the efforts of the academic community through sustainable performance. One type of academic community in IPT College is educational staff as human resources to support the activities of operational institutions and the tridharma of college. The results of the work of educational staff are assessed through key performance indicators (KPI) every year on an ongoing basis. This research aims to analyze the influence of innovative behavior, perceptions of organizational support on employee sustainable performance through knowledge management variables at IPT College, South Jakarta. The sample from this research consisted of 52 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The data was then analyzed using SmartPLS software version 3.2.9, uses inner and outer model tests as well as a correlation matrix between dimensions. Based on the in this research, the results obtained: Innovative Behavior, Perceived Organizational Support and Knowledge Management influence Employee Sustainable Performance, Innovative Behavior and Perceived Organizational Support influence Knowledge Management, Innovative Behavior and Perceived Organizational Support Influence Employee Sustainable Performance through Knowledge Management.
