Abstract:
This study aims to determine and analyze the important role of collaboration and cooperation with large ecommerce companies is needed by the region, including training and preparing MSMEs to enter digital business. To harness and develop sustainable economic potential. The importance of the role of the city district area according to the advantages of each. The business model of private companies in the retail sector can be built based on strong collaboration with the MSME-based industrial sector. The underlying theory is the theory of business organization and sustainable business growth. The analysis data is based on the SEM approach with SmartPLS devices and the population of this study is all respondents who have shopped at national business outlets. The expected result is the finding of a sustainable collage-based business model.
